A Busy Year for This Skye Elopement Photographer

Covid 19 has certainly made its presence felt in the wedding industry. This Skye elopement photographer had a pretty quiet 2020 but made up for it in 2021 with a busy year and more to come.

I am so sorry that I haven’t been in touch more but sitting down to write blogs, although necessary, has been tricky to fit in. So many couples had their plans of a big wedding with friends and family dashed and many more than once. Many decided to bite the bullet and elope instead. I plan to spend my winter down time catching up here with all the amazing couples I have met this year. I’m looking forward to reliving some fun weddings and elopements.

Life as an elopement photographer on Skye has been hectic to say the least. Many elopements have been last minute or hastily rescheduled. I say hectic, but it has also been great to meet so many couples from all walks of life and see their hopes and plans come to reality at last.

I still have a few more elopements before then end of the year but I just wanted to say hello and share some moments with you. There have been so many cool elopements and special weddings but here are just a few highlights. There are plenty more to see on my Instagram account too.
