Terms & Conditions Policy

All bookings require a deposit at the time of booking and full payment is due 2 weeks before the event to be photographed.

Images may be used on social media to promote Penny Hardie Photography. Clients not wishing their images to be used must state this at the time of booking. Clients may be tagged in social media.

Client images are held in an online gallery at https://pennyhardie.smugmug.com/ Clients will be asked if they wish this gallery to be password protected. If they do not request this their gallery and images will be visible to anyone and subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Smugmug.com.
