Hey there, I’m Penny, your expert in capturing love and life as a photographer on the beautiful Isle of Skye. I’ve been a wedding photographer for more than 15 years, and have been based on Skye as home and work for the last 8. I’m a Craftsman with the Guild of Photographers, so you know you are in safe hands with me as your photographer!
I’m originally from Hampshire, but have been swept off my feet by the wild beauty of this enchanting island. I packed up my life and my camera gear in March 2017 and made the leap to Skye – and am I glad I did! You see, it wasn’t just the stunning landscapes that stole my heart (although they definitely played a big part), but it was the whole vibe of island life. From the hustle and bustle of summer days to the serenity of winter, Skye has a way of wrapping you in its arms and making you instantly part of its big, cozy family. Romance is practically woven into the fabric of this place, which is why it’s so popular with couples planning a wedding, an elopement or a romantic getaway! The funny thing is, not long after I arrived, still finding my feet and my way around, love found me too! Skye worked its magic and I met the most incredible man – who I married last year. So, whether you’re planning a grand wedding or a secret elopement, a couples getaway or a family vacation, trust me to photograph your most important moments against the stunning backdrop of this magical island.
